The Museum of Illusions project has been a resounding success story, encompassing eight locations to date, with my direct involvement in five of them. Our process began with thorough site surveys and precise wall measurements, followed by delivering detailed dimensions to the client. Subsequently, I oversaw the creation of drawings and designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Producing proofs using appropriate materials, I facilitated seamless communication between clients and our production team, ensuring timely delivery of graphics to our installers.
Typically requiring two months per location, we streamlined operations to complete each project within a condensed timeframe of 10 to 15 days upon receiving necessary files. This approach involved managing graphic executions spanning 2500 to 3000 sq ft per site, meticulously tailored to fit the available space while adhering to stringent quality standards.
